Below is the response I received for the proposal I submitted to the planning committee of HSNF 2009.  Erie 2 CC BOCES intends to deliver a three part presentation, Career and Technical, Alternative and Special Education based on the instructional outcomes experienced as a result of HSNF, Ellicottville, New York.

Thank you for submitting an RFP to present your work at High School’s New Face: Live Local, Think Global Conference on July 16, 2009 at Holiday Valley.  There was a great turn out for proposals representing many aspects of our great profession.  As the Planning Committed reviewed your RFP, it was clear that your work and presentation matched the vision for this conference.  

Your RFP was ACCEPTED!  Congratulations!  Mark your calendars for July 16, 2009 and begin formalizing your presentation.

There will be a virtual meeting for accepted presenters on April 8, 2009 at 4pm.  We will meet from the comfort of your location for about an hour.  All you will need to attend the meeting is a computer with a high speed connection, Internet Explorer, and tested speakers for sound.  Please use the following link to enter the meeting.  This meeting will be recorded and viewed at a later date.  

This will be an opportunity for everyone in the group to be presented with the vision for conference sessions and an opportunity to ask questions in a “chat” format.
